This company is wholly owned by the Partners of Matthew and Matthew LLP Solicitors which is regulated by the Law Society of England and Wales.

It has been established for the sole purpose of producing Home Information Packs (HiPS) for both private individuals and Estate Agents who require a HiP for the purpose of selling a property from the 1st August 2007.

A fully compliant HiP will be required by the Housing Act 2003 to be produced after 1st August 2007 date before you can legally market your home.

aHiP4u will:-

1. Compute, collate and deliver a HiP for you. We aim to do this within 5 working days of order.
2. All HiPS can be delivered to you and your agent either electronically or in paper format.
3. All of our HiPS will be checked and then certified by Matthew & Matthew LLP as complying with the Statutory requirements of the Housing Act 2003.
4. All HiPS remain confidential and are password protected.
